Commissioning Engineer - Bay Area
- Developing commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test procedures.
- Performing field inspections, system verification, and functional testing of HVAC, plumbing, controls, and central utility systems.
- Identifying deficiencies and collaborating with project teams to resolve technical issues.
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, commissioning, building systems consulting, or MEP project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, heating hot water systems, controls, and building automation systems.
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout the Bay Area as required.
