You will work directly with construction teams, engineering, subcontractors, OEMs, and third‑party commissioning agents to ensure the highest levels of reliability and performance.

This is a high‑impact role within a growing mission‑critical team, suited for someone who wants to help build a leading data center presence in the Southeast.

  • Develop commissioning plans, checklists, schedules, and functional test procedures
  • Oversee electrical and mechanical systems testing including UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, controls, and life‑safety systems
  • Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, subcontractors, OEM vendors, and commissioning agents
  • Track issues, drive corrective actions, and maintain detailed commissioning documentation
  • Ensure all systems meet performance, redundancy, and reliability standards required for high‑availability facilities
  • Support turnover documentation, training, and readiness for operations
  • Maintain safety and quality compliance throughout all phases of commissioning

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing complex testing workflows across multiple vendors and disciplines
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑growing mission‑critical environment
  • Someone driven, proactive, and motivated to help a major GC expand in the data center market
