Construction Administrator
Job Title: Construction Administrator
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting records.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely communication and resolution of project issues.
- Track project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to project leadership.
- Assist with procurement processes, including tracking material orders and deliveries.
- Support the permitting and inspection process by preparing and submitting required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical project files.
Qualfications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation standards.
