Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for precision and strategy? We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Orlando-based team, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial, multifamily, industrial, and institutional projects.
🔍 About the Role:
As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the preconstruction process-developing accurate cost estimates, analyzing subcontractor bids, and collaborating with project teams to deliver competitive proposals. You'll work across a range of project types and scales, helping shape the built environment of Central Florida.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mixed-use construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients during preconstruction
- Maintain historical cost data and contribute to value engineering efforts
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis
✅ What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or mixed construction
- Strong understanding of CSI divisions, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, Sage, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
