Job Title: Construction Project Manager - K-12 Ground-Up Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up K-12 school construction projects in the San Antonio area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational facility construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of K-12 ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and school district representatives.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
Lead on-site construction teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up K-12 construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
