The company is hiring a proven Construction Sr. Project Manager to lead large-scale construction across commercial, residential, healthcare and higher education projects.
The ideal candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating all project resources, documentation, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
Key responsibilities of the Construction Sr. Project Manager include:
- Oversee construction projects from initial planning through closeout, ensuring all work proceeds according to established schedules and milestones.
- Manage all financial components of the project including budgets, cost tracking, requisitions and project payroll.
- Ensure optimum use of labor, materials, equipment, and all project resources
- Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and authorities.
Key requirements of the Construction Sr. Project Manager include:
- 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience (concrete, structural packages, self‑perform scopes, or general building trades preferred).
- Strong understanding of cost management, estimating, contract administration, scheduling, and safety management.
- Ability to manage multiple scopes simultaneously and work collaboratively with field personnel.
- Stable tenure in previous employment.
- Local South Florida market, client and subcontractor knowledge.
