This firm is looking for an engineer with 20 years of experience who will have the opportunity to come in as a Conveyance Practice Leader focused on water and wastewater and programs across the Central region and Texas.
Requirements:
- P.E License in Oklahoma or Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or relevant degree.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure, asset management, CIP, or construction.
- Experience in managing large-scale water and wastewater projects.
- Knowledge of local, federal, and state permitting.
- Experience in providing oversight of technical tasks and project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Lead major projects or programs from planning to construction.
- Provide oversight of the program schedules and budgets, and manage inter-disciplinary teams.
- Lead a team that provides a technical solution and differentiation focused on water supply, pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, tunnels, wastewater lift stations, force mains, and collection systems.
- Support the team's use of risk assessment in the development and prioritization of CIP.
- Provide project executive quality control, technical leadership to support water and wastewater projects and programs.
- Provide technical expertise to support marketing and business development.
- Support proposal, pursuit, and project interview activities.
- Help mentor professionals and grow the team.
