With a strong growth mandate across the Asia-Pacific region, the company is investing in new markets and expanding its commercial footprint.

This new Sales Lead role will play a critical part in driving business development across three strategically important countries.

The Role

The Country Sales Lead will take the lead in developing commercial opportunities acting as a market pioneer in Korea

You will build the customer base from the ground up, shape market-entry strategies, open doors with key decision-makers, and drive solution-based sales for engineered water and environmental systems.

This is a high‑ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in developing new markets, building networks, and driving complex technical sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute country-level sales plans for Korea
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with utilities, EPCs, consultants, regulators, and industrial clients.
  • Serve as the first commercial touchpoint in Korea, establishing brand presence and customer channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust regional pipeline.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to craft customised proposals and solution offerings.
  • Navigate tenders, commercial negotiations, and long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at external meetings, technical discussions, industry events, and conferences.
  • Provide regular forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic insights to leadership.
Key Requirements
  • 15+ years in technical sales, business development, or solution selling within water treatment, industrial utilities, EPC, or environmental engineering.
  • Strong networks in at least one target market.
  • Experience selling engineered systems, capital equipment, or technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to establish presence in new or emerging markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
