業務内容
- 既存顧客に対するオンボーディングおよび活用定着支援
- 顧客課題・利用状況に応じた活用提案、アップセル/クロスセルの企画・提案
- 中長期的なアカウントプランの策定・実行、顧客データ分析による改善施策立案
- 顧客の声を起点としたプロダクト改善・新機能/新サービス企画へのフィードバック
- 営業・プロダクト・マーケティングなど社内関係部署との連携
必須要件(いずれか)
- IT/SaaS企業でのカスタマーサクセス、導入コンサルティング等の経験(3年以上)
- 既存顧客との中長期的な関係構築・課題解決の経験
- 大手企業(目安1,000名規模以上)に対する営業・アカウント対応経験

- アップセル/クロスセルの企画・実行経験
- データを活用した業務改善・分析経験
- ESG/サステナビリティ/脱炭素領域への関心・知見
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and drive product adoption for existing customers
- Propose value expansion, including upsell and cross-sell, based on customer usage and challenges
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term account plans
- Analyze customer data to improve adoption and outcomes
- Provide structured feedback to product and service development teams
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, implementation consulting, or equivalent roles in IT/SaaS
- Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships
- Experience working with large enterprises (1,000+ employees)
Preferred Background
- Upsell / cross-sell experience
- Data-driven analysis and process improvement experience
- Interest or experience in ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization
