ポジション概要
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to support data centre development projects across Japan, with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) procurement.
日本国内のデータセンター開発プロジェクトを支援する、MEP（機械・電気・配管）調達に強みを持つ調達マネージャーを募集しています。
This role is critical in managing tender processes, driving cost efficiency, and navigating capacity constraints within the Japanese contractor market.

You will collaborate with internal development, construction, and commercial teams, as well as external general contractors and MEP subcontractors.
社内の開発・建設・商務チームに加え、外部のゼネコンおよびMEPサブコンと密接に連携していただきます。
主な業務内容
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for data centre projects, with a focus on MEP packages.データセンタープロジェクトにおける調達業務全般（特にMEP分野）を主導します。
- Manage tender strategies, including prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.事前資格審査、入札評価、契約交渉を含む入札戦略を管理します。
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and MEP subcontractors in Japan. 日本国内のゼネコンおよびMEPサブコンとの関係構築・維持を行います。
- Address market capacity constraints by identifying alternative suppliers and innovative procurement strategies.市場の供給制約に対応するため、代替サプライヤーや革新的な調達戦略を立案します。

- Strong experience in procurement for construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments.建設またはインフラプロジェクトにおける調達経験（データセンターやミッションクリティカル施設の経験があれば尚可）。
