Qualifications:
- 12+ years of civil design experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Active California PE license
- Ability to work from office in Pasadena, CA
- Experience developing PS&E construction documents
- Strong organization, communication, and adaptability
- Proactive work style
Preferred attributes: subconsultant management, public‑agency experience, water resources or land/site development background, stormwater or municipal project experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead civil/water‑resource design projects from concept to bid
