About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Event Account Management Director to lead client relationships and drive growth within our live events division. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale events, maintaining strong client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction across all live event projects.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into impactful event experiences.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex live events, working closely with production, creative, and technical teams.

  • Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

  • Stay current on industry trends and innovations to keep the company's offerings competitive and cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in live event account management, with a strong background in large-scale event production.

  • Proven leadership experience, managing both clients and internal teams.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

  • Experience working with budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.

  • A deep understanding of live event production, AV, staging, and logistics.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and on-site event management.
