Director of Water Infrastructure-Texas
A fast-growing, multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm is looking to appoint a Director to lead and expand its Water/Wastewater business. This role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership position, driving both technical delivery and strategic growth across a strong and well-established platform.
The Opportunity
- Lead and grow a regional Water/Wastewater practice with full P&L and operational oversight
- Drive business development, client relationships, and market expansion
- Mentor and build high-performing project and technical teams
- Oversee delivery of complex W/WW projects across treatment and conveyance (inside and outside the fence)
- Play a key role in shaping long-term strategy alongside executive leadership
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
- Proven track record in winning work and growing client accounts
- Experience leading teams, managing projects/programs, and driving revenue
- Strong presence in the local market with established client relationships
- Background spanning treatment, conveyance, or a mix of both
