About the Opportunity
A nationally recognized leader in electrical and low voltage construction is seeking a Division Manager to lead its Network Services division. This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for team performance, project execution, and business growth. The position is based in Redmond, WA and offers a collaborative, in-office environment with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and field staff
- Oversee division P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive project planning, execution, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationships
Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in electrical or low voltage construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent trade experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Proficiency in Accubid/McCormick, Procore, Bluebeam, BuildOps, and Microsoft Office
- Proven skills in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and team development
