Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer, licensed in Iowa, with commercial building design experience. This role will lead the local electrical group and report to the Electrical Discipline Lead in Iowa City, IA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the local electrical group.
- Perform standalone electrical/technology design projects and collaborate on MEPT documents.
- Partner with Structural and Civil groups for comprehensive engineering designs.
- Oversee team, ensuring high-quality designs.
- Manage client projects, Revit drafting, specification development, supplier integration, property analyses, and construction document creation and quality control.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Iowa
- Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
