Electrical Engineer
We're looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer to take a leading role in our growing electrical department. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape projects from concept to completion, mentor a talented team, and contribute to meaningful work across a diverse portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design of electrical systems for a wide range of building types, including commercial, municipal, residential, and industrial facilities.
- Develop comprehensive electrical designs-lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and more.
- Supervise and guide a team of three electrical designers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Engage with clients and project teams to deliver thoughtful, code-compliant solutions.
- Participate in site visits and field coordination to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Receive support for multi-state licensure to expand your professional reach.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting electrical design
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions
