A leading multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Electrical to lead a team of engineers and designers while overseeing the design and delivery of complex building projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers
- Manage project workloads, staffing, and resource allocation
- Oversee electrical system design for commercial and institutional facilities
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams
- Review project deliverables for quality, code compliance, and technical accuracy
- Support construction administration activities and client relationship management
Qualifications
- PE license required
- 10+ years of electrical design experience within the AEC/MEP industry
- 7+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and building codes
- Proficiency with Revit MEP and industry-standard design software
- Experience delivering projects across sectors such as healthcare, higher education, aviation, hospitality, government, or commercial buildings
