必須要件（いずれか）
- 大手企業または官公庁向けのサステナビリティ／ESGコンサル経験
- ISSB／CSRDなどのESGフレームワークに基づく分析・提案経験

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ESG/sustainability consulting (CSRD, ISSB, SSBJ, etc.)
- Lead client engagements from proposal and strategy development to execution
- Manage projects (timeline, deliverables, issue tracking)
- Support system implementation and sustainability data platform development
Requirements
- Experience in ESG/sustainability consulting for large enterprises or public sector
- Experience with ESG frameworks such as ISSB or CSRD (analysis/advisory)
Preferred Background
- GHG accounting (Scope 1-3) and decarbonization strategy
- Materiality assessment and sustainability strategy
- Integrated reporting / sustainability disclosure support
