About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join a leading company in the exterior restoration industry. This role is critical in ensuring accurate project cost assessments and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects, including masonry and concrete repair.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timelines.
- Source and evaluate vendor pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of masonry and concrete restoration processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
