Electrical Foreman | Central Texas

I'm currently partnering with one of the Top 10 ENR-ranked electrical subcontractors in the United States to recruit experienced Electrical Foremen for a number of major commercial construction projects across Central Texas.
This is an opportunity to join a contractor with an outstanding reputation, a strong project backlog, and a clear commitment to developing future field leaders.

- Healthcare facilities
- Large-scale commercial developments
- Advanced manufacturing facilities
- K-12 and higher education campuses
- Parking structures
- Mission-critical data centers
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical field crews on active construction projects
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to drive successful execution
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
- Maintain quality standards and ensure installations are completed correctly
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
- Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and trade partners
- Track productivity and maintain accurate field documentation
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Previous experience leading crews on large commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience within healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, education, data center, or parking garage projects preferred
- Texas Journeyman License is highly desirable
