About the Role
Our West Palm Beach office, opened just over 3 years ago, is seeking a Geotechnical Department/Branch Manager to succeed the current branch leader who is retiring following a recent acquisition. The office currently has a 7-person team across Geotechnical, Environmental, and Construction Materials Testing (CMT).
We're looking for a leader who can:
- Provide strong technical oversight
- Mentor junior staff
- Be client-facing (business development is not a core requirement, but client interaction is essential)
What We Do
The firm primarily supports commercial development projects-no heavy civil, highways, dams, or bridges. Our geotechnical group focuses on:
- Subsurface investigations for commercial sites
- Foundation and retaining wall design recommendations
- Construction materials testing (concrete, soil density, rebar inspections)

- Competitive salary: $100k-$160k (based on experience: 4-20 years)
