An established engineering consultancy is seeking a skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure and land development projects across the region. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex geotechnical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical investigations, including field exploration, laboratory testing, and data analysis.
- Prepare geotechnical reports, foundation recommendations, and slope stability analyses.
- Collaborate with civil and structural engineers to support design and construction efforts.
- Perform site inspections and provide construction oversight as needed.
- Utilize geotechnical software for modeling and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., GeoStudio, PLAXIS, gINT).
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
