I'm partnering with a nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm to identify an experienced Geotechnical Engineering Manager to lead their Denver-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior professional who thrives on leadership, technical excellence, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the geotechnical engineering team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee complex geotechnical analyses, including foundation design, slope stability, and seismic evaluations.
- Drive business development efforts, including client relationship management and proposal preparation.
- Mentor and develop staff engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project success.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 10+ years in geotechnical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Licensure: Colorado PE required; GE a plus.
- Strong technical expertise in soil mechanics, foundation systems, and geotechnical design.
- Proven track record in client development and team leadership.
