To support this mission, the company is seeking a Global Human Rights specialist to elevate human rights performance, align global procurement practices, and foster responsible supplier partnerships across multiple regions.
The Role
As the Global Human Rights specialist, you will play a critical role in translating the organisation's human rights commitments into practical, measurable actions across its global supply chain.
You will work closely with procurement leaders, regional stakeholders, and suppliers to implement frameworks, uplift capabilities, and enhance visibility of human rights performance across categories and geographies. This role offers significant global exposure and the opportunity to drive real impact across complex supply networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and embed the organisation's global human rights strategy across procurement and supply chain activities.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously strengthen human rights policies, standards, and the Supplier Code of Conduct in line with international frameworks.
- Monitor and track human rights performance within the supply chain through KPIs, roadmaps, and defined targets.
- Partner with global and regional procurement teams to build capabilities and drive best practice.
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with suppliers to improve performance and support responsible sourcing.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver effective program execution, leveraging technology, systems, and tools.
- Represent the organisation in internal and external forums, sharing updates, insights, and program milestones.
About You
- University degree in human rights, sustainability, social sciences, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience working on human rights within global or regional supply chains, ideally in a multinational organisation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across countries and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to drive continuous improvement in complex environments.
