Healthcare Project Architect / Project Manger / Designer
The Opportunity
A nationally recognized, employee-owned design firm is seeking Designers, Project Architects, Project Managers, Senior PAs, Senior PMs, and even a Principal to support the delivery of complex healthcare projects across California. With a strong pipeline of medium- to large-scale work, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to highly technical, impactful environments that directly serve communities.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys owning the technical side of projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and seeing projects through from documentation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and production of construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal project teams
- Support project delivery from design development through construction administration
- Interface directly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to quality control, detailing, and technical problem-solving
- Assist in mentoring junior team members
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- 6-12+ years of professional experience
- Strong background in healthcare projects (HCAI/OSHPD experience highly preferred)
- Proven experience delivering complex projects through construction
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong coordination, communication, and technical detailing skills
