What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3-10+ years in heavy civil construction (mid to senior-level roles).
- Background in horizontal construction, infrastructure, or WWTP projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, scheduling, and project delivery.
- Ability to manage budgets, teams, and client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) preferred.
