A leading heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on site development and large-scale concrete projects. This role is ideal for a strong field leader with experience managing complex scopes and multiple crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee field operations across earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and concrete construction
- Lead Superintendents, Foremen, and crews to ensure safe and efficient execution
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors across project scopes
- Manage large concrete pours, formwork, and structural operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and per plans and specifications
- Work closely with project management, clients, and inspectors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in heavy civil construction
- Strong background in site development (earthwork, utilities, stormwater)
- Extensive experience with concrete, including large pours and formwork
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
