The Role
We are seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil engineering projects while supporting team development and client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to oversee projects from planning through execution, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Lead and coordinate project teams in a remote environment
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants
- Provide technical oversight and quality control for project deliverables
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop engineers and project team members
Requirements
- 7-10 years of civil engineering experience, ideally within land development or a related discipline
- Proven project management experience with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and client communication
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Experience managing remote teams and projects
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
