Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on transportation design projects.
- Develop plans, specifications, and estimates for roadway and public infrastructure projects.
- Serve as a task lead and mentor junior staff.
- Assemble complete design packages or major project components.
- Conduct quality control reviews.
- Attend and lead meetings with public and private clients.
- Represent the firm at industry and professional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- EIT or PE required
- Progressive roadway engineering, analysis, and design experience.
- State DOT project experience required; municipal experience a plus.
- Multi‑modal and Complete Streets experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience with proposals, scopes, and budgeting strongly preferred.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
