HVAC Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects from inception to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of HVAC projects, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and financial targets.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role within the mechanical or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and applicable codes.
- Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
