Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new construction and service agreement opportunities with high potential clients across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic prospects, focusing on clients with significant HVAC needs and infrastructure complexity.
- Lead the sales process from initial engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, estimating, and operations teams to craft tailored solutions that deliver long-term value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand market presence and uncover new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report on performance metrics.
- Support contract development, risk evaluation, and client onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related infrastructure services.
- Proven success in closing multi million dollar, multiyear deals.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction cycles, and service contract structures.
- Executive presence and experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
