Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100K-$140K
- Commission: Unlimited earning potential; earn a percentage of gross margin

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: estimating, selling, project management, and servicing agreements
- Lead mechanical scopes, including chiller replacements and similar projects
- Hands-on role: engage in the field, ensuring successful project execution
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver practical, results-driven solutions
