As an Interior Designer with us, you will play a key role in interpreting, organizing, and executing the conceptual design of projects, ensuring that every design element reflects both client needs and aesthetic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their vision is translated into exceptional design outcomes.
Space Planning & Layout: Lead programming efforts, developing space plans that optimize functionality and flow, while utilizing furnishings, equipment, lighting, and color coordination.
Innovative Design Concepts: Design and implement creative and forward-thinking concepts across various projects, ensuring every detail is tailored to client specifications.
Full Project Lifecycle: Oversee all phases of design, from conceptual sketches to final specifications, including the selection of furniture, lighting, flooring, wall coverings, and artwork.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
At least 4 years of experience in workplace and commercial interior design projects.
Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard tools (Adobe Suites, 3D rendering programs).
NCIDQ certification or current registration as an Architect with a valid license.
Strong attention to detail, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to manage and solve problems effectively.
