We are a nationally recognized engineering firm specializing in commercial land development projects across the Southeastern United States. Our Tampa office is a close-knit team of about 15 professionals who thrive on collaboration, creativity, and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. We're seeking a Land Development Project Engineer to join our Tampa team. In this role, you'll lead and support the design and permitting of commercial land development projects, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute land development projects from initial planning through construction.
  • Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in land development engineering (commercial preferred).
  • PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
