What You'll Do
Lead all phases of land development projects from initial planning and design through permitting, construction, and closeout.
Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, utility providers, and stakeholders to secure entitlements, approvals, and permits.
Prepare, review, and oversee project proposals, budgets, contracts, and schedules.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and staff engineers, fostering their professional growth.
Support business development by cultivating client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field (PE license preferred).
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in land development project management, ideally within Florida.
In-depth knowledge of Central Florida land development processes, permitting requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
