Lead Electrical Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Architectural Engineering (electrical/lighting focus).
• 10-20 years of experience in electrical building systems design and construction administration.
• Experience with lighting, lighting controls, and power distribution systems.
• Skilled in field surveys, code analysis, calculations, equipment selection, and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; experience mentoring junior staff.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Experience with AGI32 and SKM or Easypower.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of conducting full-day field surveys in various conditions, including physical activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Motivated to mentor and manage team members for project success and growth.
• Ability to access client sites and travel up to 10 nights per year.
