Role Overview
We are hiring a seasoned and dynamic Managing Director to lead and expand our Valuation & Litigation Support practice in Boston. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in business valuation, economic damages, forensic accounting, and expert witness testimony. You will work closely with clients, legal teams, and internal professionals to deliver high-impact consulting services in complex dispute and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead valuation and litigation support engagements including damage quantification, lost profits, business interruption, and shareholder disputes.
- Provide expert witness testimony in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and referral sources.
- Mentor and manage a team of valuation professionals across multiple offices.
- Collaborate with other practice leaders to drive cross-functional growth and innovation.
- Contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, and industry involvement.
Qualifications
- CPA, ABV, ASA, CFA, or similar professional designation required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in valuation and litigation support.
- Demonstrated success in expert testimony and litigation consulting.
- Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills.
- Experience managing teams and client relationships in a professional services environment.
