We're looking for a driven Regional Sales Executive to lead business development efforts targeting end users and owners in the commercial and industrial sectors. This is a high-impact role focused on building relationships, developing new business, and driving growth across multiple partner companies in the Chicago market.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with operations and leadership to deliver turnkey mechanical solutions. This is a role for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to build a pipeline from scratch, and is motivated by results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct owners and end users.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple partner companies.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align sales strategy with delivery capabilities.
  • Spend time in the field meeting clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals.
  • Strategically divide time across partner companies based on ROI and opportunity.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in mechanical, HVAC, or related industries.
  • Strong hunter mentality, focused on new business, not account management.
  • Experience selling directly to owners (not through distributors).
  • Familiarity with union environments is a plus.
  • Strong local market knowledge and professional credibility.
  • Self-starter with a passion for growth and autonomy
