The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of major mechanical project. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution-from pre-construction planning through to commissioning and handover-ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across large-scale mechanical projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers and engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing mechanical works on large-scale data center, hospital, or commercial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, piping, and building services systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
