Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum

The Company

Our client is a specialist medical and dental equipment planning consultancy with a strong track record of successful projects across the country. They work across equipment planning, procurement, implementation, and transition and activation planning, acting as a dedicated partner to healthcare providers from the earliest stages of a project through to opening day. What makes them different is their size and culture. This is a close-knit, team-first organisation where no one gets lost in the crowd, collaboration is built into how they work, and support is always on hand. If you want to be part of a team that genuinely looks out for each other, this is it.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a medical equipment planner with around 2 to 5 years of experience who is ready to take on real responsibility and grow within a supportive environment. You will take full ownership of your own projects from start to finish, while also contributing to larger, more complex programs alongside the wider team.

The role is focused on the Eastern US, and candidates must be based in Eastern or Central states to be considered. You will manage the full planning lifecycle on your projects, from initial equipment inventories through to procurement support and coordination with design teams. Crucially, you will also receive structured support to develop your CAD and Revit skills as they relate to medical equipment planning. This is a genuinely rare offering in this space and a skill set that will set you apart as your career progresses.

Procurement and Inventory

  • Support procurement processes including vendor coordination and accurate quote compilation
  • Carry out existing equipment inventory assessments and re-use evaluations
  • Review and cross-reference procurement documentation to ensure alignment throughout each project

CAD and Revit Development

  • Develop and apply CAD and Revit skills specific to medical equipment planning, with full support and training provided
  • Produce and review equipment placement drawings as skills develop

The CAD and Revit training on offer is a standout benefit in this space and a skill that relatively few planners at this level have, giving you a meaningful edge as you build your career. If you want somewhere that invests in you, trusts you with real work, and makes coming to work actually enjoyable, this is worth your attention.
