PE Licensed Mechanical Project Manager
We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager who can think critically, adapt quickly, and lead with precision. What You'll Do
- Own projects end-to-end-from concept development to completion
- Lead design and coordination of building mechanical systems, with a strong focus on HVAC
- Oversee specialty systems such as industrial ventilation and process piping
- Navigate regulatory and code requirements with confidence
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts while maintaining project momentum
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Drive quality, accountability, and technical excellence across all deliverables
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in mechanical system design and project execution
- Deep expertise in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
- Experience with specialized systems (e.g., cleanrooms, central plants, industrial/process environments)
- Strong understanding of codes, standards, and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentorship
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
