The Role

  • Lead preconstruction efforts across a range of facade and exterior envelope projects
  • Oversee estimating activities, from takeoffs through final proposal submission
  • Collaborate closely with operations, leadership, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build, refine, and scale preconstruction processes and systems
  • Support growth of the estimating team (with the potential to build out and manage a team)
  • Leverage industry relationships to drive opportunities and win work

What We're Looking For

  • Background in exterior restoration or new construction
  • Experience in estimating and/or preconstruction leadership
  • Ability to operate at a high level while also being hands-on when needed
  • Strong industry knowledge across one or more scopes such as:
    • EIFS / Stucco
    • Drywall
    • Metal panels
    • Glazing / curtain wall
    • General building envelope systems
  • Proven ability to build relationships, win work, and "get things done"
  • Experience managing or growing an estimating/preconstruction function is highly desirable

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Current Preconstruction Manager or Assistant Precon Manager with a GC
  • Senior Estimator ready to step into leadership
  • Estimator from a specialty subcontractor with strong market relationships
