A highly respected architectural practice is seeking a Project Architect or Architectural Designer to join its growing team. This opportunity offers the chance to lead projects from concept through construction while collaborating directly with clients, consultants, and firm leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage and support projects throughout all phases, including SD, DD, CD, Bidding, and Construction Administration.
  • Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, schedules, and project budgets.
  • Oversee design quality and technical execution while ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Participate in proposal development, RFQ responses, and business development initiatives.
  • Assist with contractor selection, bidding processes, construction meetings, shop drawing reviews, and punch lists.
  • Mentor and supervise architects and designers across multiple projects.

What They're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect or on Pathway to Licensure in Wisconsin
  • 5+ years of architectural experience.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, and related design technologies.
  • Experience managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Passion for design excellence, problem solving, and sustainable design practices.
