Your Impact
The Project Engineer/PM supports service center leaders and project teams, contributing to both strategic planning and hands‑on project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and overseeing construction projects in areas such as land development, and drainage, transportation.
- Estimating project costs and identifying personnel and material requirements.
- Conducting studies and preparing technical reports for clients.
- Leading projects and supervising engineers, E.I.T.s, drafters, and field staff as needed.
- Collaborating independently or within larger multidisciplinary teams.
- Applying creativity, judgment, and technical expertise to diverse engineering challenges.
- Assisting with business development initiatives.
- Helping prepare statements of qualifications and proposals for prospective clients.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- CAD proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5-10 years of experience in land development, and drainage projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing commerical projects
- Experience leading engineering teams
