We are currently representing a leading, nationally recognised design‑build organisation seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead major data center construction programmes across the United States.

The opportunity
This role sits at a senior leadership level, responsible for overseeing multiple large‑scale, technically complex data center projects from preconstruction through delivery. You will play a key role in client engagement, operational leadership, and strategic project execution within a high‑growth market segment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight across multiple data center projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Lead and develop project teams, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining and strengthening long‑term relationships
- Oversee preconstruction strategy, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, and financial performance
- Partner closely with internal design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Contribute to business development efforts and support future project pipeline growth
Candidate profile
- Proven experience in a Project Executive or Senior Project Director capacity within construction
- Strong background delivering data centers, mission critical, or highly technical industrial projects
- Experience managing large, multi‑project programmes with significant revenue responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams within a design‑build or EPC environment
- Strong client‑facing skills and track record of repeat business development
- Commercially astute with deep understanding of construction operations and delivery risk
