🔍 What You'll Do:
- Lead multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout
- Serve as the primary client liaison and strategic advisor
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management across multiple jobs
- Mentor Project Managers and Superintendents
- Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction

- 12+ years of experience in industrial construction, including tilt-wall and cold storage
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, ground-up projects
- Strong business acumen and client relationship skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for team development
