Project Leader (Events) - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex corporate events, live productions, and experiential programs. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between clients, creative teams, production departments, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple event and production projects simultaneously from concept through execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, technical, logistics, and account teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track project milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
  • Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Lead client meetings and ensure expectations are clearly defined and exceeded.
  • Support onsite event execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of project management or event management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale corporate events, conferences, experiential activations, or live productions.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in deadline-driven environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
