A Top 100 ENR contractor with a major presence in Arizona is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of large-scale water and wastewater treatment projects across the Phoenix and Tucson markets.

Position Overview
You will lead the successful delivery of major treatment plant and pump station projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through execution and closeout. Projects include water/wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, pump stations, and associated civil/mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of water/wastewater treatment construction projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contract administration
- Lead coordination with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Drive performance across safety, quality, and production
- Manage procurement, subcontract negotiations, and change orders
- Support preconstruction efforts, value engineering, and planning
- Mentor project engineers and junior PMs (Senior PM level)
- Ensure successful delivery of complex mechanical/process-focused projects
Required Experience
- 5+ years (PM) / 8-10+ years (Senior PM) in heavy civil or utility construction
- Strong background delivering:
- Water & wastewater treatment plants
- Lift stations & pump stations
- WRFs and complex process/mechanical systems
- Proven experience managing large, complex infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction execution (not design-focused)
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
