Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for civil construction projects.
- Manage projects from bid award through final completion.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, production, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Support preconstruction planning, value engineering, and project forecasting.
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in civil construction as a PM and/or estimator.
- Strong background in AZDOT, municipal, and transportation work.
- Experience with:
- Excavation & earthwork
- Underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
- Water & wastewater treatment plants
- Heavy civil site development
- Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
