Project Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Development Manager to lead early-phase planning and client engagement for utility-scale renewable projects. What You'll Do
- Lead Project Development: Drive projects through preconstruction and development phases-budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with engineering and operations.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with clients, utilities, and partners.
- Business Development: Support proposal generation, estimating, and market expansion strategies.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of renewable energy systems.
- Risk & Transition Management: Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth handoff to construction teams.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction preconstruction or project development (renewable energy preferred).
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of solar PV and energy storage systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore, Primavera, SharePoint.
